QuickQR Video provides a platform that allows users to:

• Upload video files
• Generate a shareable link and QR code for those videos
• Host the video for a selected time duration
• Share the generated link or QR code with others

Videos are hosted temporarily based on the duration selected at purchase. Once the hosting period expires, the video may no longer be accessible.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that:

• You are legally able to enter into a binding agreement
• You will comply with these Terms
• You will comply with all applicable laws

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Video Uploads and User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant QuickQR Video a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Store
• Process
• Display
• Deliver the video to viewers via generated links or QR codes

This license exists solely to operate the Service. You represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have permission to upload it
• The content does not violate any laws
• The content does not infringe intellectual property rights
• The content does not violate privacy or publicity rights

5. Prohibited Content

You may not upload or distribute content that:

• Is illegal
• Promotes violence or harassment
• Contains child exploitation material
• Infringes copyright or trademarks
• Contains malware or malicious code
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

QuickQR Video reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Temporary Hosting

Videos uploaded to QuickQR Video are stored only for the duration purchased. Available durations may include:

• 1 hour
• 6 hours
• 12 hours
• 18 hours
• 24 hours

After the selected time expires, the video may become inaccessible and the file may be deleted from storage. QuickQR Video is not responsible for preserving or backing up uploaded content. Users should maintain their own copies of all files.

7. Payments and Fees

Certain features of the Service require payment. By purchasing a hosting duration, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. QuickQR Video does not store full payment card details. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and design elements of the Service are owned by QuickQR Video or its licensors. You may not:

• Copy
• Modify
• Reverse engineer
• Distribute

any part of the Service without permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You misuse the Service
• Required by law

You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". QuickQR Video makes no warranties regarding:

• Reliability
• Availability
• Accuracy
• Security

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickQR Video shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Lost profits
• Lost data
• Business interruption

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuickQR Video from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your uploaded content
• Your violation of these Terms

14. Changes to These Terms
